Our love of Rosé here on the Scoffer drinking bench seems to know no bounds, especially if it is French, dry and savoury.

AIX 2015 is from the 130 year old Maison Saint Aix, about an hour NE of Aix en Provence. If you could bottle all of the beauty of summer in Provence, you would find that it’s AIX Rosé, the ultimate expression Aix en Provence has to offer.

Expressing notes of red berry, zesty citrus hints, spice and cherries, it is vibrant and sophisticated, while delivering a finish that is both opulent and savoury at the same time. There is rarely an occasion where AIX Rosé won’t suit. The blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault & Carignan each offer their own additions to this symphony of flavour.
